N. Kerem Üler is an accomplished lawyer and strategic advisor with over 20 years of experience in M&A, corporate, employment and real property law. He has led complex cross-border transactions and advised on multi-jurisdictional corporate structuring, sustainability, and regulatory compliance. Before joining Pelister Keki & Sarac, Kerem founded Üler Law, held senior positions at leading international law firms and worked as an in-house counsel specializing in employment law for Sabancı Holding.

In addition to his legal career, Kerem has also co-founded businesses and invested in startups, successfully bridging the worlds of law and business. His dual expertise in law and entrepreneurship gives him a unique advantage, enabling him to provide strategic counsel that helps companies navigate complex workforce challenges and achieve sustainable international growth.

His recent LLM from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam on International Business Law Climate Change and Corporations where he worked on the conflicts multinational corporate structures face from the dual responsibilities of EU law and Turkish law.
