She started her legal career at a top-tier intellectual property law firm, where she developed strong expertise in patents and life sciences, advising multinational pharmaceutical and technology companies on complex regulatory and IP matters. She later blended this private practice experience with in-house counseling at a global pharmaceutical company, where she served as Türkiye’s first Compliance Officer, leading the implementation of global compliance and governance standards.
Following her in-house role, Tuğçe founded and led her own private practice for over five years, advising founders, investors, and startups on early-stage investment rounds, corporate structuring, regulatory strategy, and technology-related legal matters, with a particular focus on AI-driven and innovation-focused businesses.
Having built her career for 15 years across top-tier private practice, in-house leadership, and independent advisory, Tuğçe has developed a full-circle understanding of legal practice from both the client and advisor perspectives.
