Beyza Gökceli is a corporate lawyer specializing in commercial and contract law. She has assisted local and multinational clients on various day-to-day commercial inquiries and provided corporate secretarial services. Beyza has also experience in dispute resolution particularly focusing on commercial law and employment law; and has engaged in all stages of litigation process of cases. Her expertise also extends to banking&finance and restructuring projects. She has contributed to the sale and transfer of the non-performing loan portfolios of a variety of banks.

Beyza holds an LL.B. from Turkish-German University and graduated as an honors student. She is a member of the İstanbul Bar Association. In addition to Turkish, she is fluent in English and German.
