Orcun is an experienced legal professional with expertise in corporate law, commercial litigation, employment law, and a particular focus on intellectual property law. His experience spans a broad range of sectors, including media, technology, and energy, with a particular focus on complex cross-border matters.

He played a key role as the Head of Litigation at the Turkish arm of a global sports and entertainment media group, where he managed all litigation matters and advised senior executives on corporate legal strategy. His prior experience at boutique law firms and a London-based international firm further shaped his understanding of transactional and dispute-related matters, particularly in cross-border M&A and regulatory compliance. In those firms, Orcun has led high-stakes commercial litigation cases and advised on regulatory and corporate governance issues for multinational clients.

He also served for over five years as an expert witness before the Istanbul Intellectual Property Courts, contributing to the preparation of more than 100 panel opinions on trademark and copyright infringement matters.
